Engineering Experience
Industries We Serve
Engineering experience built across industries — from heavy industrial environments to precision automotive, energy, and oil and gas applications.
Our engineering knowledge was not built in a single sector. Across 25+ years, our work has spanned steel plants, automotive OEMs, aerospace programmes, shipbuilding, and defence applications — giving us a practical understanding of the different engineering environments, constraints, and standards each industry demands.

Automotive engineering demands precision, repeatability, and a thorough understanding of production constraints. We support automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across product development, CAE validation, engineering measurement, and manufacturing engineering — from early concept through to production release.
Our experience includes supporting a leading commercial vehicle OEM's light commercial vehicle programme and a global OEM's benchmarking activities during its entry into the Indian market — giving us direct exposure to the rigour that large automotive programmes require.
Supported a leading commercial vehicle OEM's LCV programme and a global OEM's India benchmarking activities across various industries.

Heavy engineering environments — steel plants, large machinery, industrial equipment — present engineering problems that are physically large, operationally critical, and often without surviving documentation. Our experience in this sector goes back to the beginning of our founder's career, working with industrial equipment at an integrated steel plant in India.
We understand how heavy engineering equipment is built, maintained, and operated — and we bring that understanding to every measurement, documentation, and design project in this sector.
Hands-on equipment measurement and product development experience at an integrated steel plant in India — working with equipment sourced from Germany, Russia, the USA, and Sweden.

Shipbuilding involves large structural components, complex mechanical assemblies, and engineering requirements that span design, manufacturing, and dimensional verification. We support shipbuilding customers with mechanical component engineering, measurement, product development, and manufacturing inputs.
Our multi-industry engineering background allows us to apply structural and mechanical design experience across the scale and complexity that shipbuilding requires.

Industrial equipment and machinery customers often need engineering support that goes beyond standard design — custom machines, improved product designs, or manufacturing problem-solving. Our special-purpose testing machine capability is particularly relevant here, where off-the-shelf equipment doesn't fit the specific production requirement.

Energy and process industry equipment operates under demanding conditions — high loads, elevated temperatures, continuous operation, and strict reliability requirements. We support engineering activities for plant-related components, industrial machinery, and equipment that must perform consistently in these environments.

We analyse gas and liquid flow through pipelines and process piping: pressure drop along pipes and through bends, valves, reducers and tees; outlet pressure and temperature; flow velocity and mass flow; heat loss through the pipe wall and insulation; and whether blowers or compressors can deliver the required flow. Typical work covers natural gas and process-gas pipelines, oil and liquid process piping, flue-gas lines and exhaust ducts.

Beyond our core industry verticals, we work with manufacturers across a range of sectors who need engineering support for product development, component improvement, measurement, or manufacturing problem-solving. If your engineering challenge involves design, analysis, measurement, or production — we can help, regardless of sector.
